Jake Paul has aimed a cheeky jab at UFC boss Dana White after he was forced to cancel a massive media event yesterday.
White was due to travel to Dublin yesterday for a press conference with Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler to officially launch UFC 303. A sold out crowd of over 10,000 hometown fans were due to come out in support of the Irishman at the famous 3Arena.
But with less than 12 hours until doors were due to open at the iconic venue, the event was mysteriously called off, with promoters saying that it is postponed. But with the fight due to take place on June 29, they are against the clock for announcing a new media day in Ireland.
Jake Paul takes aim at Dana White after Conor McGregor’s UFC 303 press conference is cancelled
Jake Paul is no stranger to having events postponed; with his upcoming fight against Mike Tyson recently moved due to a medical emergency on the boxing legend’s side. The pair were due to fight July 20 the AT&T Stadium in Texas.
But when paramedics were called over an ulcer flare-up on, doctor’s recommended that Tyson take some time away from training. This led to the event being postponed, with the pair expected to announce a new date this week.
Asked about the event being moved at the UFC 302 post-fight press conference, White told the media: “Obviously I know a lot about it. But I’m not going to talk about it publicly.
“Yeah, for the first time probably ever in my life I have no comment on something. That’s Mike’s world and he gets p***ed at me every time I talk about that stuff. Good for him and he’ll figure it out.”
And after White was forced to push back a major sold out event of his own yesterday, Paul has taken to X to use those same words against him. The YouTuber-turned-boxer started his tweet by saying that “People keep asking me about Conor McGregor / UFC 303.”
He then repeated White’s phrasing as it pertains to the McGregor situation, writing: “Obviously, I know a lot about it, but I’m not going to talk about it publicly.
“For the first time probably ever in my life, I have no comment on something. That’s their world, and you know, they get pissed at me every time I talk about that stuff. Good for them and they’ll figure it out.”
Jake Paul shares cryptic tweets before unleashing on Dana White
Prior to the mocking tweet, Paul had been sharing cryptic posts to his X account, although whether or not they are about the UFC 303 press conference remains to be seen. He has also been engaging in a war of words with rival KSI, who looks set to face Amir Khan, and may have been referencing that event.
Yesterday, Paul began his mysterious posts by writing: “The fight game is undefeated.” He then added to that today with a tweet that said “Heard they were celebrating the rescheduling of Paul Tyson…. Karma is undefeated.”

Paul has had a long-standing feud with White over a number of issues, most notably surrounding fighter pay in the UFC. His brother Logan Paul has a business partnership with the promotion as his drink Prime Hydration is a major sponsor, but it hasn’t stopped the younger Paul from taking shots at the boss.
Jake Paul has made efforts to increase fighter pay including taking cuts to his purse during major main event fights and attempting to start a union for athletes. He even once released a viral diss track against White in order to make his message clear.
