From Proper Twelve Whiskey to Forged Irish Stout, Conor McGregor has built a remarkable business portfolio, and now he’s invested his money in an exciting new venture.
Blessed with palpable charisma and an unrelenting will to succeed, ‘The Notorious’ has utilised the tools that catapulted him into UFC superstardom to become an entrepreneur with a rapidly expanding empire.

Conor McGregor has taken a new business opportunity ahead of UFC 303
While his party-fuelled antics at his Black Forge Inn pub in Dublin over the weekend, where he raved until 2 AM, would suggest otherwise, in a matter of weeks, Conor McGregor will compete in one of the biggest contests of his career.
On June 29, the Irishman will go head-to-head with Michael Chandler in a bout that has all the ingredients of an absolute barnburner.
From their heated rivalry marinated while coaching The Ultimate Fighter, to the American calling out McGregor during WWE Monday Night Raw, the pair have built an event that has left fans positively salivating at the war to come.
However, while Chandler is focusing on honing his craft in the gym, his Irish counterpart is working tirelessly to increase his bank balance.
McGregor has recently bought shares in bare-knuckle boxing promotion, BKFC, putting him in line for a role as a future promoter.
And now he’s switched things up entirely by dipping his toe in a new industry. The combat sports icon has become an investor in Alta Global Group, the parent company of Train Alta.
The online platform goes above and beyond to offer both in-gym and online training to mixed martial artists around the globe.
The company is owned by McGregor’s head coach, John Kavanagh, who spent countless hours in the gym, crafting his student into the warrior he is today. Thus, it comes as no surprise that the 2x world champion has faith in his mentor’s product.
Happy with the business arrangement, Alta Global Group CEO, John Langton, exclaimed: “Conor offers huge value to us in terms of brand awareness, audience and obviously gym owner growth.”
A win at UFC 303 could bag Conor McGregor another world title shot
While the sporting legend hasn’t held a UFC championship belt in a very long time, he’s still undeniably the biggest star in the promotion.
Therefore, a victory over Chandler would propel him right back into the world title picture.
And one man who would love to see McGregor back in the mix is none other than ‘The Count’ Michael Bisping.
The first British UFC champion is convinced that a big performance could give the Dubliner a shot at not one, but three title holders.
While McGregor could probably still make lightweight, in all reality, it looks like the powerhouse has no interest in eradicating his muscle mass.
Therefore, an England vs Ireland match-up for the welterweight belt between the MMA superstar and Leon Edwards would likely raise the roof.
However, if the UFC sensation was willing to step back down to lightweight, a brawl with his arch enemy, Khabib Nurmagomedov’s, close friend, Islam Makhachev, for 155-pound supremacy would undoubtedly capture the public’s imagination.
In addition, since his defeat to McGregor all the way back in 2013, Max Holloway has desperately craved an opportunity for redemption. And having just won the BMF title, that chance may just present itself.
