Paddy ‘The Baddy’ Pimblett has revealed when he is looking to return to the UFC Octagon, outlining who he wants to fight in the promotion’s confirmed return to the UK.
Paddy Pimblett last fought at UFC 296 in December, when he handed Tony Ferguson his seventh loss in a row. The win marked the Scouser’s biggest of his UFC tenure thus far, purely because of Ferguson’s name value, despite his dramatic demise.
With the 29-year-old being a fan favorite and a big-name fighter in the UK, he isn’t short of fight options moving forward, having been called out by multiple lightweights.
Drew Dober offered his services recently on X, stating he’d like to fight Pimblett on UK soil. Matt Frevola is another lightweight who has previously called ‘The Baddy’ out.

The UFC’s confirmed return to the UK this year
Earlier this month, Dana White announced that the promotion is returning to the UK this year for another PPV event.
The UFC has only held two PPV events in England, the first being in 2016 when Michael Bisping defended his middleweight title against Dan Henderson at UFC 204, in Manchester. The second occasion was when Leon Edwards defended his welterweight title against Kamaru Usman at UFC 286 earlier last year.
With England sporting two UFC champions, Leon Edwards and Tom Aspinall, White explained how bringing another PPV back to the country was a no-brainer.
The promotion typically holds its UK events at the o2 Arena in London, however, it has been rumored that this time they will return to Manchester, and hold the event at the newly built Co-op Live arena.

The Liverpudlian has been called out by Renato Moicano before as the Brazilian has called him an ‘easy money’ fight.
Moicano is scheduled to take on Jalin Turner this coming weekend at UFC 300, and Pimblett has offered his opinion of that fight, stating that he thinks Turner will win that fight.
“I’m hearing little rumors of July in Manchester, PPV, think you might see your boy on there.” Pimblett said on his YouTube channel. “Hopefully Moicano the little mushroom, hopefully, he beats Jalin Turner even though I can’t see it happening, Jalin Turner’s good I rate Turner I think he’s going to knock Moicano out.” he added.
Despite believing that ‘Money’ Moicano will lose that fight, Paddy admitted that he would still want to fight him in the UK.
“Moicano can come running back to me for some publicity to try and get a fight and I’ll knock him out as well. If he wins or loses, I want to punch Moicano’s head in. He’s been talking all sorts of s****, he owes me money, he lost me money on a bet years ago the little fart.
“I want to scrap, don’t start calling me Paddy Pimb**** and then be scared to throw down you little sausage.” Pimblett added.
How the rest of the UK PPV event could look
As well as the inclusion of the 29-year-old, the UK fans can likely expect the rest of the card to be incredibly stacked.
With UK MMA in its golden era, there is a multitude of talent that could end up competing on the return event. Tom Aspinall versus Curtis Blaydes is looking increasingly likely, with the interim heavyweight champion stating he wants the rematch with Blaydes next.
As well as that, there is a possibility that Leon Edwards will defend his 170lb title against Belal Muhammad at the event, with that fight being all but confirmed.
It is unclear as of now whether both Aspinall and Edwards will fight on the card, or if the UFC will only go with one title fight.
