Michael Page said he’s already “manifesting” a UFC world title shot and that an all-British clash against Leon Edwards could sell out a stadium.
Michael ‘Venom’ Page takes on Kevin Holland this weekend at UFC 299 in Miami, yet the British athlete isn’t here to make up the numbers, sharing on TNT Sports’ preview show that he’s already “manifesting” a shot at the UFC welterweight belt.
If that opportunity does present itself and happens to be against current king Leon Edwards, MVP claims that the all-British showdown could sell out a stadium in the UK.

Michael Page previews UFC journey should he beat Holland at 299
There are two debutants on UFC 299, Robelis Despaigne and the iconic Michael ‘Venom’ Page, the latter of whom will face #13 ranked Kevin Holland on the main card of this weekend’s PPV.
For the uninitiated, Page is perhaps one of the most exciting MMA fighters in the world, with a flashy personality and an even flashier highlight reel that includes spinning wheel-kicks galore and brutal one-punch knockouts in the Bellator promotion.
Whilst defeating a fellow fan-favorite veteran like Holland will certainly be no easy task for Page, he told the TNT Sports team this week that he’s already visualizing a shiny gold belt around his waist.
“I want the belt, I want to get one or two fights out and then push for whoever’s got the belt…I believe Leon will still have that belt so then it allows me to manifest what that’s going to look like.”
Acknowledging the explosion of British MMA talent in the past few years, MVP noted that “we’re used to seeing the Americans, we’re used to seeing the Brazilians holding belts” and teased that an all-British title clash against Edwards would have the interest needed to sell-out a stadium in the UK:
“Regardless of the result, it comes back to the UK and that’s an amazing place to be, so I’ve definitely manifested that. I want to make it so much, it’s such a big fight, such a wanted fight that we can fill a stadium and that would be the goal, that’ll be the [end] goal.”
“You versus Leon in a stadium in England, I mean come on it doesn’t get any better than that,” noted Michael Bisping.

Michael Page vs Kevin Holland takes place this weekend on the main card of UFC 299, headlined by Sean O’Malley vs Marlon Vera 2.
