Matt Brown’s knockout ‘immortalizes’ his name in the UFC record books
MMA Squared can get cynical, sometimes a little too much with the endless slog of UFC events (especially at the Apex) so I was happy to see Matt Brown set a record and pay tribute to the man. He made an impression on TUF a million years ago when the other fighters straight up feared him as a regular person in the house. If you’re not well versed in his career, please go back and check out his fights with Erick Silva, Stephen Thompson, and Diego Sanchez. Remarkably, he shows no signs of stopping either.
