Roberto Soldic suffers first loss in five years
At One Fight Night 10 Soldic took on the unheralded (and Wikipedia page-less) Zebaztian Kadestam. And it did not go well.
Early in the second round Kadestam started connecting with brutal standing elbows. Once one landed, he kept finding a home for them and was able to chop ‘Robocop’ down to the ground, earning the TKO win.
Soldic’s last loss was to Dricus Du Plessis
Soldic won the KSW welterweight title in his promotional debut in 2017. In his first defence he lost it, via TKO, to current UFC title contender Dricus Du Plessis. Soldic got immediate revenge on the South African, though, KOing Du Plessis in a rematch a months later.
After avenging his loss he won six more times in a row, which included a KO win over Mamed Khalidov to win the KSW middleweight title.
