As of Wednesday night, Claressa Shields is no longer an undefeated prizefighter. The 26-year-old champion boxer and two-time Olympic gold medalist lost her second PFL fight against Abigail Montes via split decision.

While it was a disappointing night for Shields, overall, fans gave her props for what he showed. Internet sensation Jake Paul, meanwhile, is taking the opposite approach.

“The Problem Child” posted this antagonistic tweet towards Shields a few moments after the fight.

“The truth hurts but it’s necessary. Clarissa Shields is a loser. In MMA, and even more so with her prima donna attitude. The fake always get exposed. Losses come when anger and hate take over. Just ask Rousey and McGregor,” Paul wrote.

“She spent more time berating Jake Paul than learning Jiu Jitsu. She’s never been a big draw and unfortunately for her she never will be.

“Amanda Serrano (the GWOAT) though, has 30 KOs in 42 fights. 2-0 in MMA, both wins by submission. Congrats Abigail Montes on the win.”

Shields (1-1 in MMA, 11-0 in boxing) will return to action in the squared ring on December 11 when she defends her world titles against Slovenia’s Ema Kozin.
