UFC 267 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs (even if this isn’t a PPV per se) has issued the third episode for this weekend’s huge show on Fight Island, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.
Like the last episode, we start off at Cory Sandhagen’s place. His dad doesn’t like to be at his fights. He thinks his dog understands when he’s about to leave. He’s grateful for the title shot, and he believes that he’s always worked like a champion.
At the Chicago airport, he’s doing some weird stretches and going over the fight in his head. He bumps into Dan Hooker.
Over in Abu Dhabi, Glover Teixeira is trying on his gloves at the fighter hotel. Him and Jan Blachowicz don’t need to talk crap. Amanda Ribas signs some posters. She thinks Marcin Tybura writes too fast, lol.
Blachowicz does media. He believes in himself. He has a lot of respect for Glover, as stated before. Khamzat Chimaev kicks a soccer ball at the camera guy. He says it would be cool to fight Nate Diaz. He will eat the gangsters for breakfast. He talks about eating people a lot.
Petr Yan is exercising. The camera guy wants him to smile, but he says he’ll do that later. He says not much has changed when it comes to a new opponent, but they’re added a few things into training. He’s never aimed to be the best, and it’s not good to talk to highly about yourself.
Minotauro! Nogueira is in Glover’s room, talking him up. Glover has mad respect for him. That they’re both like Rocky.
And that’s it! UFC 267 goes down this weekend in Abu Dhabi.
