Apart from his recent altercation with a bouncer at a New Jersey bar, Dillon Danis hasn’t seen any real action for the last two years. The most activity we’ve seen from him is through his ever-colorful social media feed.

In a recent sitdown with Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour, “El Hefe” was back to his trolling ways. The 28-year-old called out a bunch of names, stating he particularly wants either Jake Shields or Diego Sanchez for his next fight.

He’s not sparing anyone regardless of weight class and even issued a unique challenge to former perennial UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones.

“I don’t troll. I just tell the truth and they all get mad about it. I’m just gonna let everybody know the truth. It’s not talking shit, I think.

“I’ll give like three, four million to Jon Jones. If he can beat me in an MMA fight or a grappling match, I’ll go back to jail. Or he can come with me,” Danis said.

“Whoever loses goes to jail.”

Jones is currently charged with misdemeanor battery domestic violence against his longtime fiancée, along with a felony charge for headbutting a police vehicle. Danis, on the other hand, is facing a disorderly conduct charge for the bar incident.
