Maybe it was the weight of expectations that killed last week’s card. What had seemed to be a great Fight Night on paper turned into a near disastrous series of main card bouts, marked by inactivity and a brutal clash of heads. Fortunately for fans, the UFC hasn’t created near as much investment in this week’s offering—with a fantastic main event between Marina Rodriguez and Mackenzie Dern, and little else of consequence.
