The Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) has released its medical suspensions for UFC Vegas 36 and several fighters are facing potentially significant time away from the Octagon.
Darren Till is one of nine to be given a potential six-month suspension. He needs a CT scan done and requires clearance from an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) doctor for facial injuries suffered in his fight against Derek Brunson. It is worth mentioning that Till entered the fight with a torn ACL in his right knee, which could also keep him out of action for an extended period of time.
Joining Till is Modestas Bukauskas, who had his left knee obliterated by an oblique kick thrown by Khalil Rountree. Bukauskas said that he may have some ligament damage and will undergo a now-required MRI scan to assess the damage.

Tom Aspinall (right hand): Must have X-ray of right hand. Should result come back positive, clearance from orthopedic doctor needed or no contest until March 4, 2022.
Serghei Spivac (left eyebrow laceration): Suspended until Nov. 4 and no contact until Oct. 20
Alex Morono (left knee): Must have MRI done of left knee. Should result come back positive, clearance from orthopedic doctor needed or no contest until March 4, 2022. Minimum suspension/no contest until Oct. 5 and no contact until Sept. 26
David Zawada (nasal fracture): Must have nasal fracture cleared by primary doctor or no contest until March 4, 2022. Minimum suspension/no contest until Oct. 20 and no contact until Oct. 5
Khalil Rountree (left hand): Must have X-ray of left hand. Should result come back positive, clearance from orthopedic doctor needed or no contest until March 4, 2022. Minimum suspension/no contest until Oct. 5 and no contact until Sept. 26
Modestas Bukauskas (nasal fracture, left knee): Must have nasal fracture cleared by Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) doctor or primary doctor. Must also have MRI done of left knee. Should result come back positive, clearance from orthopedic doctor needed or no contest until March 4, 2022. Minimum suspension/no contest until Oct. 20 and no contact until Oct. 5
Paddy Pimblett (right thumb): Must have X-ray of right thumb. Should result come back positive, clearance from orthopedic doctor needed or no contest until March 4, 2022.
Luigi Vendramini: Suspended until Oct. 20 and no contact until Oct. 5
Molly McCann (both hands): Must have X-rays of both hands. Should result come back positive, clearance from orthopedic doctor needed or no contest until March 4, 2022. Minimum suspension/no contest until Oct. 5 and no contact until Sept. 26
Ji Yeon Kim: Suspended until Oct. 5 and no contact until Sept. 26
Jack Shore (left shoulder): Must have X-ray and MRI done of left shoulder. Should result come back positive, clearance from orthopedic doctor needed or no contest until March 4, 2022. Minimum suspension/no contest until Oct. 5 and no contact until Sept. 26
Liudvik Sholinian: Suspended until Sept. 26 and no contact until Sept. 19
