UFC 265 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the second episode for this weekend’s huge show in Houston, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.

We start off with Ciryl Gane, who is training around what will be fight time to combat jet lag. They’re basically simulating the fight. His coach says Gane is a very fast learner.

At a different gym in Houston, Derrick Lewis’ coach is telling him he has the all-time KO record on his own if he finishes Gane. The coach says that during fight week it becomes less Derrick Lewis and more Black Beast, and he becomes a lot quieter. Lewis discusses Gane’s strategy.

Down at ATT in Florida, Pedro Munhoz is doing some pad work. His coach says he’s looking for the KO. Back in Houston, Lewis is doing a bunch of cardio. One of his long-term training partners said Lewis took his first fight after just one month of training.

At Houston’s other airport, Michael Chiesa is arriving. He’s happy to be fighting in a new city and in front of fans. He picks up his bag, which was once stolen in Brazil. He gets to his hotel room and jumps on the bed.

And that’s it! UFC 265 goes down this Saturday night in H-Town.
