It’s almost become the norm for a UFC fight card to lose a bout on fight day, and that’s not changing today.

A bantamweight fight between Miles Johns and Anderson dos Santos has been pulled from the UFC Vegas 31 lineup just hours before the preliminary card’s scheduled to kickoff. Johns shared the news through social media before UFC officials confirmed that someone within dos Santos’ camp tested positive for COVID-19.

Johns (11-1) is coming off a KO win over Kevin Natividad for his first career UFC finish. Dos Santos (21-8) snapped a two-fight losing streak by submitting Martin Day last November. Both of them will now have to wait a little longer for their 2021 debut.

There are now just five fights on the preliminary card and another five on the main card. The main event is a lightweight bout between contenders Islam Makhachev and Thiago Moises. Here’s the updated UFC Vegas 31 bout order:

Main Card (10 PM ET, ESPN/ESPN+)

Islam Makhachev vs. Thiago Moises

Marion Reneau vs. Miesha Tate

Jeremy Stephens vs. Mateusz Gamrot

Rodolfo Vieira vs. Dustin Stoltzfus

Gabriel Benitez vs. Billy Quarantillo

Preliminary Card (7 PM ET, ESPN/ESPN+)

Daniel Rodriguez vs. Preston Parsons

Amanda Lemos vs. Montserrat Ruiz

Khalid Taha vs. Sergey Morozov

Francisco Figueiredo vs. Malcolm Gordon

Rodrigo Nascimento vs. Alan Baudot
