Jorge Masvidal’s new bare knuckle fighting promotion, Gamebred Fighting Championships, is beginning to take shape.

GFC’s first show is booked for June 18 in Biloxi, MS. Recently it was announced that headlining that show would be UFC and BKFC veteran Jason Knight. He will is scheduled to take on PRIDE FC veteran Charles ‘Felony’ Bennett.

The co-main event is expected to feature recent UFC veteran Brok Weaver. He was initially scheduled to face LFA fighter Brandon Jenkins, but Jenkins has since been withdrawn from the card.

Recently we also learned that Masvidal had inked Paige VanZant, currently a BKFC fighter, to work the commentary booth alongside American Top Team founder Dan Lambert.

In addition to getting a bare knuckle fighting promotion off the ground, Masvidal is also launching a new fansite called gambredfights.com. Recently Masvidal shared a teaser clip showing his pursuit of bare knuckle fights to put up on his site.

Those fights will be available to subscribers of the site.

The video above shows Masvidal heading to a ‘secret location’ to watch some STREETBEEFS hoping to find content for the site.

STREETBEEFS is a wildly popular YouTube channel that uploads videos showing all kinds of fights, some with gloves, some without.
