The final UFC show of May is a Fight Night card at the Apex in Vegas, and there’s a big bantamweight bout in the main event. Cody Garbrandt will look for his second straight win when he takes on the surging Rob Font, who’s won three straight and is coming off a brilliant showing against Marlon Moraes.
There’s a lot on the line in the co-main event, as China’s Yan Xiaonan takes on former strawweight champion Carla Esparza with a title shot almost certainly at stake. The next biggest main card fight is a rescheduled middleweight scrap between Jack Hermansson and Edmen Shahbazyan, which was supposed to happen at UFC 262 but was delayed due to COVID protocols. Keep an eye on that flyweight bout between David Dvorak and Raulian Paiva, as that has Fight of the Night potential.
