MMA SQUARED: Cartoonist trashes UFC card, eats crow when main event is great

Things have been pretty cool, watching DJ, Eddie Alvarez, and John Lineker in ONE. The Bellator cards have been interesting with the tournament, and PFL is keeping my attention with that money.

Old Pettis almost turned back the clock, Kayla Harrison is smashing folks, and my sentimental nature is really hoping that Rory MacDonald can pull of a million dollar exit strategy from the sport. One of my favorite fights of the year was in RIZIN! Ayaka Hamasaki vs Kanna Asakura was killer. Things are pretty good in the sport inside the cage and I’ve got a new book coming out real soon, here’s a shot of the book photography.
