Out with Reebok and in with Venum.
The UFC’s outfitting partner has officially been changed, and the promotion has just reveled the new uniforms and new look that the fighters will be sporting for the next couple of years. This is how the Venum fight kits look, which are now already being sold on the official UFC store.
They kept some of the design elements from the previous uniforms, but Venum did add some of that familiar style and details from their other products.
Compare it to the old Reebok announcement, and the look they used for years:

The Reebok deal was initially revealed back in 2014. Although it’s not really the apparel company’s fault directly, the UFC’s “fight week incentive pay” structure stemming from the deal was heavily criticized for years.
A similar format for payouts will continue in this new deal, but Venum is said to be adding a million dollars more annually than the previous budget. This which would make for some marginal increases of $2000, $1000 and $500, depending on the number of fights with the promotion.
