UFC 260 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the fourth episode for this weekend’s huge show in Vegas, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.

We start off with Stipe Miocic again, whose coaches are propping up. He’s improved so much, we only train for victory, etc. He then gets a massage, and the masseuse says that’s the best he’s felt. “You don’t feel like you got run over this time,” he says. “Was it good for you?” Stipe says with a laugh. Always the jokester.

Things move over to Vicente Luque’s room. He does some pad work, but it’s light. Just to sweat and stretch a bit. Back to Stipe with his team, and he’s FaceTiming with his dad. Aww.

Over at UFC Apex, Francis Ngannou is looking at an action figure of himself. He goofs around doing a photoshoot. His demeanor is really relaxed. He makes the photographer poses for photos while he takes the pictures, which is great. He does some media with Daniel Cormier, and confirms that Kamaru Usman will be in his corner. He teases DC about not really being African.

Sean O’Malley does media. He sees a KO win. He doesn’t want an easy submission win. He wants jaws to drop. Being a father doesn’t change his competitiveness. But he’s clearly a proud papa, and shows off a video of his kiddo. In the limo, his coach asks him what he would do if he was forced to fight Ngannou. Throw a couple of overhands? O’Malley brushes that off as lunacy. “That’s scary to even think about,” he says. But he says that he thinks he intimidated Ngannou when they walked by each other. Suuure.

Miocic does some media. Tyron Woodley does too, and he has something to prove, to a lot of people. DC now is doing media with Miocic, and it’s funny since they went to war twice. All good now though. DC asks if he’ll put on weight to fight a huge guy like Francis, but he says he’ll be the same size as when he fought Cormier. Classy DC asks to speak to Stipe’s coach and congratulates him for making adjustments and helping Miocic be the better man against him. I like that a lot.

And that’s it! UFC 260 goes down tomorrow night in Sin City.
