It’s been a while since we all heard Conor McGregor make a pre-fight prediction. But for his UFC 257 headliner against Dustin Poirier, “Mystic Mac” is making a return.

The UFC released a snippet of its Countdown show on social media where McGregor shared his fearless forecast. “The Notorious” foresees another first-round finish just like their first fight in 2014 but he expects to get the job done a lot quicker this time.

“I like Dustin, I think he’s a good fighter. He’s even a great fighter. But great is still levels below me,” he said.

“I’ll knock Dustin out inside 60 seconds.”

McGregor has a history of accurate predictions in the past, so we’ll see how this one plays out.

UFC 257 will take place on January 23 at the Etihad Arena on “Fight island” in Abu Dhabi. Co-headlining the event is another lightweight bout between Dan Hooker and newcomer Michael Chandler.
