It’s never a wise idea to take a leg kick from a trained MMA fighter and former multiple-promotion world champion.
But that didn’t stop this young man (see video below) from challenging ‘Hendo’ to hit him with his best kick.
The young man in question is currently dating Henderson’s daughter, and what better way to make a good impression on New Year’s Eve than challenging Dad to cripple him with a leg kick.

Ah well, there’s nothing like kicking off the New Year with a bang, but thank God Mr. Boyfriend Material didn’t ask Henderson to plant a right hand on his chin.
Henderson, 50, is currently retired but the former PRIDE and Strikeforce champ is widely considered one of the most vicious knockout artists of all-time, earning highlight reel victories over Michael Bisping, Wanderlei Silva and Fedor Emelianenko — just to name a few. Henderson was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame in 2018 in honor of his legendary five-round battle with Mauricio ‘Shogun’ Rua at UFC 139, which Hendo won via unanimous decision.
