The IBF, WBA and WBO heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua, is set to defend his titles tonight (December 12th) against the 28-1 Kubrat Pulev at The SSE Arena in London, England. Betting lines are out for this championship matchup, and who do you think the oddsmakers are siding with?

Of course the bookies are banking on Joshua to get the job done. When have they not? Anthony has been favored in every bout that he has actually fought in. He was a -2000 betting favorite against Andy Ruiz Jr. in what was one of the biggest upsets of all-time, and then was also a -357 favorite in their rematch. This time around, Joshua is being offered with an enormous -1000 moneyline. That leaves Pulev in the underdog slot with a sizable betting line of +700.

The bookies are not foreseeing this one needing any judges to determine a winner. The proposition ‘Fight doesn’t go to decision’ holds a substantially favored moneyline of -495, with a +395 comeback on the ‘Fight goes to decision’ option. Taking things a step further, the odds reflect Anthony being the one to get the job done inside the distance. The prop bet ‘Joshua wins by TKO/KO or DQ’ can be acquired at a heavily favored line of -290, with ‘Any other result’ trending at around +245. Going back the other way, the ‘Pulev wins by TKO/KO or DQ’ wager could cash in as a massive +1080 underdog, with ‘Any other result’ incredibly favored at -1660.
