In one fell swoop, the UFC Vegas 16 lineup has been reduced by almost 30%.

Three of the eleven fights scheduled for Saturday’s show are no longer happening. Positive COVID-19 tests have led to the UFC scrapping the following matchups: Montana De La Rosa vs. Taila Santos and Movsar Evloev vs. Nate Landwehr. De La Rosa vs. Santos and Evloev vs. Landwehr were supposed to be on the main card. As if that wasn’t enough. Jimmy Flick vs. Cody Durden was slated for the prelims, but that’s off for a non-COVID issue.

Per MMA Fighting, one of De La Rosa’s cornermen tested positive for COVID, hence they removed De La Rosa out of an abundance of caution. Combate’s Ana Hissa says Evloev had a positive COVID test.

The UFC has been ravaged throughout the past few weeks and even for a few upcoming shows as a result of this pandemic, and that doesn’t appear to be changing any time soon.

Here’s what is left of the card:

Main Card

Jack Hermansson vs. Marvin Vettori

Ovince Saint Preux vs. Jamahal Hill

Gabriel Benitez vs. Justin Jaynes

Roman Dolidze vs. John Allan Arte

Matt Wiman vs. Jordan Leavitt

Preliminary Card

Louis Smolka vs. Jose Alberto Quinonez

Ilia Topuria vs. Damon Jackson

Gian Villante vs. Jake Collier
