UFC Vegas 13 had a crazy main event that saw the promotion’s #3 rated 205-pounder, Glover Teixeira, overcome being hurt and dropped to dominate on the ground — to being dropped agin just to rally and realize a third-round submission over the #1 ranked, Thiago Santos. This was such a wild ride, with plenty of momentum swings and near-finishes. At 41-years-of-age Teixeira has now posted up five consecutive wins. Perhaps a title shot will be in his future?
