Two top ranked heavyweights just went at it on the UFC 249 main card when the promotion’s #2 ranked, Francis Ngannou, threw down with the #6 ranked, Jairzinho Rozenstruik. It took all of 20-seconds for Ngannou to pull off another violent knockout, with Rozenstruik not even having a chance. Ngannou is now on one of the most brutal four-fight winning streaks you’ll ever see, and should now be right at the doorstep of a title shot — barring a possible trilogy bout between current champ Stipe Miocic and the former king Daniel Cormier.
It didn’t take long for Ngannou to blitz forward with a devastating combination that connected. Naturally, Rozenstruik went out on impact. Then, vicious follow up strikes came flying in as Rozenstruik ricocheted off of the fence, amplifying the impact. The referee came diving in to stop the fight and rescue an unconscious Rozenstruik. Wow this was violent!
