Aniah Blanchard, a 19-year-old student from Homewood, AL, was abducted near Auburn on October 23rd. She was declared missing the following day. Soon after her damaged vehicle was found outside an apartment complex.

Blanchard’s stepfather Walt Harris, a UFC heavyweight, appealed for information online. He, and the rest of Blanchard’s family, helped motivated UFC President Dana White, and others associated with the sport of MMA, to contribute to a reward fund for information that exceeded $100,000.

In late November Blanchard’s remains were discovered in Macon County, AL. Three people have been arrested and charged in relation to her kidnapping and murder.

This stream includes articles that document the disappearance of Aniah Blanchard and the subsequent criminal investigation and trials.
