It looks like Nate Diaz still has beef with Khabib Nurmagomedov. But, then again, who doesn’t the former lightweight title challenger have beef with?
Diaz, who hails from Stockton, California, got into a brawl with Khabib Nurmagomedov and his team at a World Series of Fighting event in 2015.
Since their scuffle in Las Vegas, Diaz has periodically called out Khabib on social media, and the Californian recently mocked the undefeated Dagestani after posting an old photo of Nurmagomedov and his teammates posing together in a bathtub.

“Sambo?” Diaz posted as the caption.
The quasi-retired Diaz hasn’t fought since his majority decision loss to Conor McGregor at UFC 202, which was almost three years ago. The 33-year-old was scheduled for a lightweight bout with Dustin Poirier at UFC 230, but ‘The Diamond’ was forced to pull out due to injury.
As for Nurmagomedov, the reigning UFC lightweight champion is currently serving a nine-month suspension for his post-fight brawl with Conor McGregor at UFC 229. The 30-year-old is eligible to return to the Octagon in July.
