Watch out, Jon Jones – Dillon Danis is waiting for you.
That’s right, after Jones’ most recent failed drug test for trace amounts of steroids, SBG Ireland’s Danis called out the former light heavyweight champion and pound-for-pound No. 1 on Instagram.
Despite having only one professional MMA fight under his belt and competing in Bellator’s welterweight division, Danis, a multiple time Brazilian Jiu Jitsu world champion, warned ‘Bones’ that he will be waiting for him after UFC 232.
The 25-year-old also included a clip of his post-fight interview at Chael Sonnen’s Submission Underground 3, where he called Jones a ‘b-tch.’
“If you get past Gustafsson i’ll be waiting kid,” Danis posted.
Jones, 31, currently has bigger concerns, as the Jackson-Wink product has been embroiled in even more controversy on the eve of his light heavyweight championship rematch against Alexander Gustafsson at UFC 232.
Despite being cleared by USADA and the California State Athletic Commission, Jones says that it will be ‘virtually impossible’ to declare his innocence in the minds of his detractors.
UFC 232: Jones vs. Gustafsson II takes place this Saturday, Dec. 29 at The Forum in Inglewood, California.
