The UFC is headed back to Fortaleza, Brazil on February 2nd for an ESPN+ show, and it’s a good one. In the main event, Raphael Assuncao rematches Marlon Moraes in a pivotal bantamweight battle that will likely determine who will somehow not get the next title shot against T.J. Dillashaw.
As for the co-main event, Jose Aldo is staying at featherweight to take on fellow Brazilian Renato Moicano. It’s really a disservice to both men that this is not a five-round bout just because it’s not the main event.
Also slated for the card is welterweight veteran Demian Maia against Lyman Good, while Thiago Alves faces Max Griffin. Light heavyweight prospect Johnny Walker also returns to action against Justin Ledet.
