After the reported loss of a major bantamweight fight that was scheduled for UFC 233 (a card that no longer exists anyway), the UFC has added another major 135-pound fight to a card in February. The promotion announced a bout between Jimmie Rivera and Aljamain Sterling that will go down on February 4th in Phoenix:

Rivera (22-2, 6-1 UFC) rebounded from a 33-second KO loss to Marlon Moraes with a decision victory over John Dodson at UFC 228 in September.
Sterling (16-3, 8-3 UFC) has won four out of his last five overall, only dropping a fight to the aforementioned Moraes last December. His most recent win came over Cody Stamann in September.
The UFC show in Phoenix, tentatively titled UFC on ESPN 1 right now, will go down at the Talking Stick Resort Arena on February 4th. A headliner for the card has not been announced as of yet. But with the cancellation of UFC 233, a few bouts from there might end up on this card instead.
