UFC 231 is the kind of fight card that the UFC made its reputation on years and years ago. 13 fights and almost every one of them intriguing and with a high potential for action. Max Holloway defends his title for the second time, against a challenger who has made his name off improbable comeback wins. Valentina Shevchenko and Joanna Jedrzejczyk meet for the 4th time, but the first in MMA, to to see which of them can claim the now vacant flyweight title. Throw a bunch of top contenders and young prospects into the mix and this should make for a must-see night of PPV action.
