The Bellator 208: Fedor vs. Sonnen weigh-ins are complete (both official and ceremonial). All main card fighters made weight for Saturday night’s big event on Long Island, New York, and obviously there was never going to be any concern over whether or not Fedor Emelianenko and Chael Sonnen would exceed the 266 lbs heavyweight limit. “The Last Emperor” weighed 236 lbs, nine pounds heavier than his main event opponent. This fight is for the right to face Friday night’s Matt Mitrione vs. Ryan Bader winner in the Bellator heavyweight tournament final, slated for January 2019.

As for the co-main event, lightweights Benson Henderson and Saad Awad came in at an identical 155.8 lbs. The only major issue we had on the scale is Jamal Pottinger coming in well overweight for what looks to have been a catchweight bout vs. Robson Gracie, and his 181.2 lbs weigh-in has led to the New York State Athletic Commission pulling the plug.

Here are the full weigh-in results for Saturday night’s card. You can watch the ceremonial weigh-ins and staredowns at the top of the page, courtesy of MMA Fighting.
