UFC middleweight Elias Theodorou and UFC light heavyweight Misha Cirkunov sat down with us recently in Toronto to watch a bunch of wild videos from the world of combat sports and martial arts.
We’ll be releasing a number of these in the coming weeks. In this video the two pros check out Team MMA in the form of 5 vs. 5 fights from Team Fighting Championships (TFC) and a 3 vs. 3 bout at Universal Reality Combat Championships (URCC) in the Philippines. At the end of the video Elias and Misha discuss whether or not this kind of fighting is good for the sport of MMA. They also pick their 5 man dream team.
The 5 vs. 5 footage comes courtesy of TFC. Please check out their YouTube channel if you want to see more group MMA fights (they have tons of them uploaded). You can also find them on Facebook.
The 3 vs. 3 footage comes courtesy of sports photographer and videographer Noel Tonido. You can follow Noel on Instagram to see more of his work. This includes sideline photography of mainstream sports and artistic shots taken around the Philippines.
You can follow Elias on Twitter and Instagram @EliasTheodorou. You can follow Misha on Twitter and Instagram, too @MishaC911.
