The UFC on FOX 28 weigh-ins are in the books, and headliners Jeremy Stephens and Josh Emmett are on weight, both coming in at the non-title featherweight limit of 146 pounds. Strawweight contenders Jessica Andrade and Tecia Torres both tipped the scale at 116, so that fight is also official.
One fighter did come in heavy, and has since been fined 20% of his purse. Flyweight Alex Perez first weighed 126.5 pounds, and then given a second opportunity, somehow gained a half-pound.
