Georges St-Pierre has a long-standing professional relationship with renowned boxing coach Freddie Roach. The two worked together during St-Pierre’s reign as UFC welterweight champion, and have once again been doing so for his upcoming middleweight title fight against Michael Bisping at UFC 217.

But this does not seem to bother Bisping at all. In fact, he claims that he has some inside information on St-Pierre’s training with Roach, through some insiders at the Wild Card Gym in West Hollywood.

“(St-Pierre) is actually in LA a lot these days,” Bisping said in a recent episode of his “Believe You Me” podcast (transcript via MMA Junkie). “He’s been at the Wild Card Boxing gym, training with Freddie Roach. I have a couple of spies in there, by the way, and they told me some info.”

“Georges, if you’re listening buddy, that’s a public domain. I know people in there. I know what you’re working on, pal. I know what you’re working on, and it ain’t going to work on me, Georgie boy.”

Bisping also dared St-Pierre to engage in a boxing match against him, and if that does happen, “The Count” foresees an early finish in his favor.

“I’m going to stand right in front of him, I’m going to plant my feet, I’m going to walk him down, put him on the back foot, and I’m going to knock him out in the first round. You have my word.”

UFC 217 is scheduled for November 4th at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
