
The next Poland card has found its main event. As Combate reported, middleweights Thiago Santos and former KSW champion, Michal Materla will headline the upcoming October card.
Santos (15-5) will look to make it three in a row after defeating both Gerald Meerschaert and Jack Marshman by way of TKO in his last two outings. His last loss came in September 2016, when he was submitted via guillotine choke, by Eric Spicely.
Former KSW champion, Materla (24-5) will have his Octagon debut rigth after knocking out UFC veteran, Rousimar Palhares, in October 2016. His last loss came in November 2015, when he was knocked out by Mamed Khalidov.
In December 2016, Materla ran into some trouble with the law as he was been accused of being involded in organized crime. He was arrested with 20 other suspects, in his hometown of Szcecin.
Santos vs Materla will happen in Gdansk, Poland, on October 28.
