MMA Fighting was on hand for the UFC 207 ceremonial weigh-ins in Las Vegas, Nevada. You can watch the video of the Amanda Nunes vs. Ronda Rousey staredown at the top of the page. Nunes, nicknamed “Lioness” (“Leoa” in Portuguese), sported a lion’s head mask for her weigh-in (a fake lion’s head, not a real one … just so we’re clear). There was an intense staredown, but as you’ll find out, Rousey didn’t do any interview with Joe Rogan, so the media blackout did extend as far as the standard quick Q&A with Rogan after the ceremonial weigh-ins.
