Join us today on Bloody Elbow for live results, discussion, round scoring and play-by-play as UFC Fight Night: Lewis vs. Abdurakhimov goes down in Albany, NY. If you’d like, you can also refer to the show as UFC Fight Night 102.

The headliner will take place in the heavyweight division, with heavy-hitter Derrick Lewis taking on big Dagestani Shamil Abdurakhimov.

Today’s full show will air on UFC Fight Pass. The event kicks off at approximately 5:45pm ET/2:45pm PT with eight undercard fights. The main card features four fights and starts at 9pm ET/6pm PT. Juliana Lima vs. JJ Aldrich

Round 1 – Aldrich establishing the center, but not a lot happening early. Head kick from Lima gets blocked. Outside leg kick from Lima. Aldrich is gun shy so far. Lima with a kick and enters the clinch. Three knees to the body from Lima, and Aldrich escapes. Body kick from Aldrich but Lima got a body lock. Aldrich isn’t making it easy to take her down but Lima eventually gets her to the floor halfway through the round. She passed to side. A few punches from Lima, but Aldrich gets full guard back. Lima lands some more punches and a knee as Aldrich got back to her feet with 45 seconds to go. Lima grinds away in the clinch. Aldrich with an elbow. Easy 10-9 Lima.

Round 2 – Lima with a head kick but Aldrich fires back with her hands. Aldrich much looser already. Nice leg kicks from Lima. Lima scores with a couple of punches. Lima with a big flurry and she clinches up. Lima gets double underhooks and drags Aldrich to the ground briefly. Lima spent a good minute grinding away and looking for a takedown. She finally gets Aldrich to her butt, but Aldrich landed some elbows to the head. They get back up but Lima has her totally tied up. Aldrich finally reverses position with 20 seconds to go and lands a knee. 10-9 Lima.

Round 3 – Aldrich initiates the clinch early but can’t do much with it. Lima reverses and lands a few knees in an extended battle. Lima disengaged and opened up with her striking. Leg kicks, and a solid left backed Aldrich off. She charged in and got a takedown. Aldrich back up quickly, but Lima lands low knees and the ref calls for a break. And then has a humorous conversation with Lima about it, who seems incredulous. Hard counter left from Lima on the restart. Lima really opening up and Aldrich fires back, but Lima clinches again. 10-9 and 30-27 Lima.

Keith Berish vs. Ryan Janes

Round 1 – Berish with an outside leg kick and a lead left. Janes with a combination. 1-2 from Berish and a hard right hook. Front kick from Janes. Janes with a nice jab. Berish with an overhand right. Hard straight rights from Berish. Janes responds with a left hook that backs Berish off. They are getting at it. Big left hook from Berish, and a big right now. Janes fires back with a right hook and another front kick. Janes with a long left hook and leg kick. Hard straight right aand more leg kicks from Janes. Counter right from Berish. 10-9 Berish.

Round 2 – They’re throwing early. Janes with a left hook, Berish with a counter right. Leg kick from Janes. Nice jab from Janes. Left hook from Berish, but eats another leg kick. Berish looks a bit gassed already. Berish with the jab and straight right. Nice body/head combo from Berish. More leg kicks from Janes. Left hook and combo from Janes. Superman punch from Berish. Janes fires back. Body kick from Janes. 10-9 Janes.

Round 3 – Janes with a combo. Berish responds with a counter. Janes clinches up. Janes with a ball shot and action is stopped. The Cornuts Cam confirms the cup check. Berish with a huge right on the restart, and another. But Janes takes control again with a hard combo. Both men are bleeding. Janes pressed forward again and Berish took him down briefly. Janes grinds away on the fence and lands a nice knee. Berish reverses on the cage and got a nice takedown. Berish tried to take his back but Janes sluffed him off and ended up on top. Janes passed to half, but can’t land much on top. Berish used a guillotine attempt to try to get up but Janes deftly passed his guard. 10-9 and 29-28 Janes.

Ryan Janes defeated Keith Berish by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

Frankie Perez vs. Marc Diakiese

Round 1 – Diakiese with some spinning stuff that doesn’t land. Perez responds with a spinning back kick that does land to the guy. Perez has a kick caught and Diakiese got a takedown. Diakiese with a few punches but Perez is tying him up well. He’s not getting up though. He finally got up with two minutes to go, but got put back down briefly. Diakiese with a suplex and worked from full guard. Perez finally got up and squared up with 1:15 to go. Nice counter left from Perez and he charged in, but Diakiese tied him up and took him down again. Perez got up just before the horn, and is slammed down right after it. No big deal though. 10-9 Diakiese.

Round 2 – Perez with a leg kick. Diakiese with a body kick. Perez with a nice combo. Diakiese looking to counter now. Hard low kick from Diakiese. Right hook from Perez. Perez charges in for a takedown attempt. Diakiese grabbed the fence to stay on his feet briefly, but got taken down anyway. Perez with a few shots on top but is mostly controlling position. Nice elbow. Diakiese is cut. Two more big elbows and Diakiese’s eye looks messed up. Diakiese with another cage grab when he got up, right in front of John McCarthy. Just gets another warning. 10-9 Perez.

Round 3 – Perez with a right and he clinches up. Diakiese shook him off. Hard leg kick from Perez. Diakiese still looking to counter. Leg kick gets caught and Diakiese works from the top. Big mistake there. Diakiese just holding him down. Perez slid over to the cage. Few punches from Diakiese. Crowd is booing. Perez up to one knee with 90 seconds to go. Diakiese got to his back. Diakiese just rode the back for the rest of the fight. 10-9 and 29-28 Diakiese.

Marc Diakiese defeated Frankie Perez by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

Tiago Trator vs. Shane Burgos

Round 1 – After a staring contest, Trator shot in and looked for a takedown. He settled for tying him up against the cage. That lasted a good 90 seconds. Burgos finally swatted him away. Trator with a right hook. Burgos stalking but not throwing. Front kick from Trator. Inside leg kick from Burgos. Lead left hook from Burgos. They clinch up and both land. Overhand right from Trator. Jumping switch kick from Trator. Nice combo from Burgos, and he stuffs a takedown attempt. They start to trade. Trator looked for a takedown again and tied him up. 10-9 Trator.

Round 2 – Burgos steps up and rocks Trator with a right. Trator clinches. They back off quickly and Trator scores with a leg kick. Burgos with a nice combo. Spinning back kick from Trator. Takedown attempt stuffed. Trator with a right. Both men land jabs. Counter left hook from Burgos lands hard. And another! He walked him down and landed another! Trator is down! Burgos with a bunch of ground and pound. Trator ties him up. Burgos backs out and beckons him to his feet. Trator circling away. Knee in the clinch from Trator. Burgos with a hard right. Trator fires back with a winging right and a left. Trator all over Burgos’ leg looking for a takedown. Can’t get it though. Burgos rips the body. And again. Trator trying to jab to establish range, but he’s getting hit hard. They both land big shots. Another takedown attempt stuffed by Burgos. A leg kick from Burgos put Trator down, but he told him to get back up. Burgos goes back to the body. Knee and uppercut in the clinch from Trator. Really good round. 10-9 Burgos.

Round 3 – They cut Burgos’ ponytail off in his corner. Okay. Trator with a left. Leg kick gets caught and Trator flops to the ground. Burgos tells him to get up and he does – slowly. Trator with more kicks. Burgos charging forward with no respect for Trator’s power. Spinning back kick blocked by Burgos. Uppercuts by Burgos. Leg kick from Trator. Huge left hook from Burgos. Trator slowing down. Two more counter left hooks. Trator with a jab. Left hook from Trator. And a nice uppercut. Trator with a leg kick. He’s got a lot of heart. They both land left hooks. They trade right hooks now. This is fun. Trator asking him to bring it. Burgos responds with a takedown. Hilarious. Burgos lets him up with 30 seconds to go. They brawl down the stretch. Burgos with a nice right hook. They bomb away in the last 10 seconds. That was a lot of fun! 10-9 and 29-28 Burgos.

Shane Burgos defeated Tiago Trator by unanimous decision (30-26, 29-28, 29-27)

Andrew Sanchez vs. Trevor Smith

Round 1 – Sanchez with a side kick. Smith responds with a left hook. Smith with a right off a Sanchez missed kick and it sends him to the floor briefly. More due to being off balance than anything. Sanchez with a nice kick and an uppercut. Nice combo follows it up. Sanchez really ripping. Smith a left kick, but a counter left hook from Sanchez lands behind Smith’s ear and wobbles him. Smith tried to tie Sanchez up against the cage, but ate an uppercut for his efforts. Big right from Sanchez has Smith on stanky legs. Sanchez isn’t swarming though. Niec head kick from Smith, and a winging right hook. Head kick from Sanchez. Inside leg kick from Smith. Now a right hook. Counter right from Sanchez. 10-9 Sanchez.

Round 2 – Sanchez with another head kick and a combo. Hard body kick from Sanchez. Two knees to the body in the clinch from Smith. Left hook from Sanchez on the break. Couple of low leg kicks from Smith. Jab from Sanchez. The pace is a little slower. Nice lead uppercut from Sanchez. Smth with some body work in the clinch. Sanchez exits with a right hook. Hard body kick from Smith. And another. Front kick from Sanchez. Sanchez with a body kick while Smith just misses with a huge right. They exchange in the pocket, with Sanchez getting the best of it. Uppercut and right hook from Sanchez. 10-9 Sanchez.

Round 3 – Smith’s eye is swelling up. He charged across and looked for a takedown. An overhand right from Sanchez puts him down briefly. Huge uppercut. Sanchez really wound up for that. Smith looking for a takedown again. Sanchez went for a high kick but slipped. Smith’s eye is a mess, it appears that he can’t see out of it. Leg kick from Smith. Left hook follows it. They trade kicks. Smith with a big right hook. Sanchez responds back with his own. Smith with a head kick, Sanchez with a counter right. Sanchez with a big right to close the show. 10-9 and 30-27 Sanchez.

Joe Gigliotti vs. Gerald Meerschaert

Round 1 – Gigliotti with some kicks and looking to pressure. Meerschaert with a jab. Gigliotti looks for a takedown but ends up in a front headlock. Meerschaert with two nice rights, but almost gets taken down. He turned the corner on his opponent and ends up on his back. Gigliotti deftly reverses and nearly takes his back. Lots of scrambling. Now Meerschaert is on Gigliotti’s back, looking for a choke. Wow, he flipped over into an anaconda choke and gets a tap! That was beautiful.

Randy Brown vs. Brian Camozzi

Round 1 – Brown runs straight out with a kick. Camozzi with two leg kicks. More leg kicks. Brown starting to check them now. Brown with a few jabs. Nice overhand right and a right uppercut from Brown staggers Camozzi. Brown with a nice trip takedown. Armbar attempt from Camozzi. Brown tried to slam out of it but Camozzi held on. Brown still in danger. Camozzi held it for a long time, but couldn’t get the finish. Brown with good GnP to close it out. 10-9 Brown.

Round 2 – Brown with a nice jab. Camozzi fired back with a counter. Camozzi looking for a takedown. Brown with a big knee and Camozzi is hurt. Brown all over him and gets the finish.

Justine Kish vs. Ashley Yoder

Round 1 – Kish with a head kick and they clinch up. Kish gets the best of it. They really brawled for a good minute, with both landing big shots. Yoder finally got a takedown and moved right to side control. She took the back and looked for an armbar, but Kish ended up on top. Kish looked for her own armbar but it allowed Yoder to get back on top. And she moved right to mount, but Kish came out the back door. They’re taking a more measured approach on the feet now. Nice body kick from Kish. Front kick from Yoder, who follows it with a combo. 10-9 Kish.

Round 2 – They go back to brawling immediately. Kish with some elbows over the top. Yoder trying to body her around. Kish goes to the body and lands a leg kick. Kish chops her down with a leg kick to the back leg. Innovative. She worked a front headlock, and turned it into a guillotine. Now she rolled over looking for an anaconda. Yoder fights it off and works from the top. Beautiful reversal by Kish and she has Yoder’s back. She’s looking for a belly-down armbar. Yoder got her arm free and worked from the top again. Elbows from Yoder. Yoder deftly moves to mount and opens up with punches. 10-9 Yoder.

Round 3 – Kish with a hard spinning back fist. Yoder with a winging left. Kish with a body kick and a right. Yoder responds with a body kick of her own. Front kick from Kish. Yoder with a counter left.
Both with body kicks. Kish ends up on top in a scramble. Yoder escapes and takes top position. Yoder takes high mount but Kish escapes. Yoder stays on top though. Kish finally gets up with 70 seconds to go and they’re back to brawling. Yoder with a left, Kish with a right that seemed to stun Yoder. Yoder pulled guard. Kish wasn’t having it though and made her stand up. Tons of kicks from Kish. They brawl to the horn. Fun fight! 10-9 and 29-28 Yoder, but it was close.

Gian Villante vs. Saparbek Safarov

Round 1 – Hard jab from Safarov. Villante fires back wth a leg kick. Both men throwing heavy to start. Villante with a hard right and Safarov is cut below the eye already. Villante with a leg kick. Villante hurt Safarov with a left and a body shot. Safarov fires back with his own left though. Safarov dropped him with a jab. He’s back up, but Villante with a huge uppercut! Safarov back down, but survived the barrage of ground and pound. Safarov threw a kick but appeared to hurt his leg. Safarov is firing back with his hands, tagging Villante. He’s still wobbly though. Two hard jabs and a right from Villante. Safarov with a left and a groin shot. I think both men welcomed the break from that. The Cornuts Cam…yup. Definite nut shot. Safarov threw another kick and nearly fell down in pain. Huge right from Safarov and Villante is stunned! Winging right drops Villante! He’s back up though. This is nuts. Both land jabs. Safarov with an uppercut. Another right. Safarov pins him against the fence. Another winging right. Villante with a hard leg kick. Wow. 10-9 Villante I guess?

Round 2 – The doctors looked at Safarov’s knee and he somehow squatted to satisfy them…then staggered over to the cage as soon as they left. Villante immediately kicked the injured leg. Huge combo from Safarov. Villante goes back to the kicks. Left hook from Safarov. Huge kick from Villante that actually made me wince. Yikes. Safarov is double tough. Right hook from Villante. Left hook stuns Safarov, and he kicked the leg again. Safarov doesn’t have much left but he’s still throwing bombs. Big knee in the clinch from Villante. Safarov desperately looking for a takedown but Villante wormed away. Uppercuts in the clinch from Villante. Another keg kick. Double jab and Villante batters him against the cage. The ref finally stopped it.

Corey Anderson vs. Sean O’Connell

Round 1 – Anderson with a big takedown. O’Connell popped up quickly, but got taken right back down. Anderson dominated on top for a while. Anderson worked from the top against the cage. Big elbows. O’Connell trying to stand up but Anderson just rides him. O’Connell finally got up with 45 seconds to go but got taken right back down. Big punches and elbows from Anderson. He looked to go to mount but had to settle for half. 10-9 Anderson.

Round 2 – Anderson gets a takedown inside of 15 seconds. He worked position for a while, landing some punches. Eventually he moves to mount and opens up with some huge shots. O’Connell tried to defend, but there was nothing he could do. The ref jumped in and stopped it.

Anthony Hamilton vs. Francis Ngannou

Round 1 – Very slow start. They engaged at archery range for the first minute. Ngannou finally threw a leg kick, but Hamilton caught it and took him down. Ngannou used his momentum to throw Hamilon off. Ngannou grabbed an arm against the cage and looked for a kimura. He reefed on the arm so hard that Hamilton was forced to the ground. He reefed some more there and Hamilton tapped! That’s some ridiculous strength! Sick!

Derrick Lewis vs. Shamil Abdurakhimov

Round 1 – Nothing thrown for the first 35 seconds. Lewis missed with a big kick and got taken down. Abdurakhimov worked from side control and looked for a key lock. Lewis rolled away and stood up. Abdurakhimov kept him tied up against the cage though. Knees to the thigh. Lewis lands an elbow and finally separates with 2:15 to go. Abdurakhimov just circling. Lewis misses with a front kick. Abdurakhimov tied him up against the cage again briefly. Hard low leg kick from Lewis but it got caught again, and Abdurakhimov took Lewis down against the cage. He got to mount a few seconds before the horn. 10-9 Abdurakhimov.

Round 2 – They clinch up immediately. Lewis with a knee to the body, but Abdurakhimov backed him against the cage. The ref separated them after 45 seconds of inactivity. Low kick from Abdurakhimov, right from Lewis. Shamil immediately clinches again though, much to the crowd’s dismay. Lewis keeps wiping his eye when they break. Not much happening here, especially on Lewis’ end. He threw another kick and got taken down off of it again. Geesh. Abdurakhimov working methodically on top. Lewis went for a leg lock and used it to get up. He scored with some hammerfists but his opponent scooped a leg and put him right back on the floor. 10-9 Abdurakhimov.

Round 3 – Lewis threw another kick and almost got taken down yet again, but managed to stay on his feet this time. Lewis with a nice left. Lewis presses with a right, and another that just misses. Still not a lot happening overall though. Abdurakhimov with a right and he presses forward briefly. Very briefly. Lewis tied Abdurakhimov up and looked for a takedown, but no dice. Abdurakhimov misses with a spinning back fist, Lewis misses with a huge left and a right, and then gets taken down. Abdurakhimov warned for inactivity, then stood up with a minute to o. Lewis charges forward but missing with his punches. Referee Dan Mirgliotta tells the fighters to go to their corners and gives Abdurakhimov a stern warning for inactivity. Which is kind of of strange. Lewis connects at the bell. 10-9 Abdurakhimov.

Round 4 – Abdurakhimov with a leg kick and avoids a right. Lewis with a head kick and guess what? Abdurakhimov caught it again and dumped Lewis to the ground. He got up immediately though. Lewis with a right and an uppercut. He clinches up. Abdurakhimov reverses and lands an elbow on the break. Lewis with a nice left. Lewis looking for a takedown and he got it with two minutes to go. He opens up with huge rights. Lewis tries to pin down an arm, and lands some more. Knee on belly, and now mount. Lewis opens up. Huge shots and he gets the stoppage. Wow.
