Dana White had teased for weeks that Conor McGregor was going to make a huge announcement after UFC 205. Shortly after McGregor defeated Eddie Alvarez to become a two-division champion, the Irishman took the mic, but is this what he was meaning to say?

“I’ve ridiculed everyone on the roster,” McGregor told Joe Rogan immediately after his huge win. “I just want to say from the bottom of my heart, I would like to take this chance to apologize… to absolutely nobody!”
“The double champ does what the f—ck he wants!”
Sooo, was that it? All the talk from Dana and the Irish media about something out of “left field” was all false, then?
Maybe he announces something else soon. Maybe he doesn’t. But for now, what we know for sure is that McGregor is a two-division champion, and he made taking those belts look so easy.
UPDATE: McGregor has announced that he will be a father early next year. He has also demanded for an ownership stake in the UFC.
