Anthony Johnson vs. Glover Teixeira

R1: They touch gloves and Teixeira looks to stay in the phone booth. Johnson steps back with a wide right hand, then winds up on an uppercut that careens into the jaw of the hunched-over Teixeira, knocking him down and out cold.

  • Anthony Johnson defeats Glover Teixeira by KO (punch) R1 0:12

Donald Cerrone vs. Rick Story

R1: Cerrone ducks a left hand but can’t clinch up. He repeats the process, however, and finishes a double-leg takedown 30 seconds in. Story threatens to sweep from half butterfly guard and ends up creating a scramble and putting Cerrone on the fence. Slick outside trip from Story but Cerrone slithers into an omoplata, then he switches to a triangle. Cerrone tries to transition into an armbar but Story defends well, then gets the back ride when Cerrone turtles.

Hard knee to the body from Story with a rear body lock. Cerrone escapes and separates, and they reset in the center. Counter knee to the body lands for Cerrone and they trade kicks to the body. Sharp outside low kick is there for Cerrone. “Cowboy” rushes Story with a crisp boxing combination and lands at least two shots. Another charging flurry for Cerrone. 10-9 Cerrone.

R2: Cerrone lands a high kick with the foot. Counter-knee from Cerrone as Story’s coming in to change levels. Cerrone rips two right hands to the jaw of Story, then lands an outside low kick to the thigh. Now an outside low kick to the lead leg followed by another well-timed counter knee to the body.

Cerrone drills Story with a right cross to the body, then catches Story with a right kick to the face as he’s hunched over. Story turns his back and stumbles into the fence. Cerrone finishes him off with right hands.

  • Donald Cerrone defeats Rick Story by TKO (punches) R2 2:02

Hyun Gyu Lim vs. Mike Perry

R1: Lim looks a full weight class bigger, dwarfing Perry in the cage. Perry lands a pair of half-power outside low kicks. The next one digs deep. Lim counters a front kick with a long one-two, which is telling of the reach disparity. They trade glancing shots before Lim walks into a thunderous right hand, and it sits him down. Perry lands in side control, then manages to trap Lim’s arm and move into the crucifix position.

Lim frantically escapes despite a torrent of short punches to the head, but Perry floors him with another right as soon as he stands back up. This time Perry backs out and lets Lim back up, opting for a blistering left hand to crumple Lim. Big John McCarthy steps in and waves it off.

  • Mike Perry defeats Hyun Gyu Lim by TKO (punches) R1 3:38

Sabah Homasi vs. Tim Means

R1: Homasi lands a body kick but Means counters with a crisp one-two. Now a straight left to the jaw of Homasi, who lands his second outside low kick in response. Homasi rushes Means and takes him down. Means patiently stabilizes, creates space, gets back to his feet and separates. Means ducks a left hand and puts Homasi on the fence, but steps back to reset in open space.

Means continues to walk Homasi down though he catches a pair of counter lefts to the head. Rear-leg front kick to the body from Means. Homasi drives through a double leg and finishes it. Means spikes two elbows to the head and escapes back to his feet. Left cross downstairs for Means, then a horizontal elbow that splits Homasi’s forehead open. They trade shots as Means looks to corner Homasi. Lead horizontal elbow from Means, then a glancing one-two and a missed spinning back elbow. Means keeps leather on him and Homasi wobbles along the fence with a bloodied up face. 10-8 Means.

R2: Means lands short on a long left cross. Three-punch combo lands for Means as he’s wading forward, then a horizontal elbow on the break. Front-leg side kick to the knee for Means, then a front kick to the gut. They trade body kicks but Means follows up with a tight boxing flurry and a knee to the body. Means clubs him with another combo that he closes with a knee downstairs.

This is a straight-up beatdown at this point. Homasi, with blood pouring down his face, is reduced to retreating and covering up against the fence as Means bludgeons him incessantly with punches, elbows and knees. Referee Herb Dean finally shows mercy.

  • Tim Means defeats Sabah Homasi by TKO (punches) R2 2:56
