UFC fight week is upon us and there’s more content, interviews, analysis, and story lines than you can shake a stick at. So, why not take some time away from catching up on all the minutia to enjoy watching your favorite fighters get in some light training right before their upcoming bouts. We’ve got Joanna Jedrzejczyk taking you through her striking and ground work, Claudia Gadelha doing some wrestling, Derrick Lewis tossing guys around and hitting mitts, and a lot more.

All just to get you prepped for UFC Vegas where Rafael dos Anjos will defend the lightweight title on Thursday night against former Bellator lightweight champ Eddie Alvarez. And, on Friday Night, Joanna Jedrzejczyk will fight Claudia Gadelha in defense of the strawweight strap and as the cap to the 23rd season of the Ultimate Fighter. Of course, this is all just to build up to UFC 200, and we’ll be providing you with coverage every step of the way, so stay tuned.
