
Saturday night, June 4th, the UFC makes its long-awaited return to Los Angeles, with a pay-per-view event at The Forum in Inglewood. The intriguing night of fights is headlined by a middleweight title bout between reigning champion Luke Rockhold and short-notice (but familiar) opponent Michael Bisping. The co-main event will showcase bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz against arch rival Urijah Faber, in what is the rubber match between these two great fighters.
The PPV main card will also include featherweight contenders Max Holloway vs. Ricardo Lamas, middleweight Dan Henderson’s possible UFC finale against Hector Lombard, and lightweight contender Dustin Poirier welcoming Bobby Green back to the Octagon after more than a year of inactivity.
The four-fight televised portion of the preliminary card on Fox Sports 1 begins at 8:00 p.m. ET. The bouts consist of: Clay Guida vs. Brian Ortega, Beneil Dariush vs. James Vick, Jessica Penne vs. Jessica Andrade, and Alex Caceres vs. Cole Miller.
Leading into the preliminary portion of the card is about 2 hours worth of of online viewing at UFC Fight Pass at 6 p.m. ET. The four fights are Tom Breese vs. Sean Strickland, Kevin Casey vs. Elvis Mutapcic, Luiz Henrique da Silva vs. Jonathan Wilson, and Polo Reyes vs. Dong Hyun Kim (lightweight DHK, not the welterweight known as “Stun Gun.”)
