Ever wanted to chop your opponent’s legs down like a K-1 legend? Well today’s your lucky day!
Submission Radio’s “Technique of the Week” returns after a two-week absence to deliver a “slamming” move, demonstrated by none other than K-1 legend himself, Sam Greco.
In the video above, Greco breaks down his signature “Slammin’ Sam” leg kick, which focuses on not only targeting a different part of your opponent’s leg, but also setting yourself up to deliver follow-up strikes.
Greco (19-9-2) was a staple of K-1 kickboxing in the mid-to-late 90’s and battled names such as Mirko Cro Cop, Ray Sefo, Peter Aerts, Ernesto Hoost, Jerome Le Banner and many more. He also compiled a (3-1-1) record in MMA and retired in 2005. As you can see, he is still in remarkable physical shape.
Submission Radio posts technique videos every Wednesday, demonstrating a variety of moves from BJJ, MMA, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, Muay Thai, Sambo, and much more.
