UFC Fight Night: Hunt vs. Mir fight card

The UFC is back in Brisbane, Australia with a Fox Sports 1 card headlined by heavyweights Mark Hunt and Frank Mir. Hunt is coming off a knockout win over Antonio Silva, while Mir is looking to rebound after a dull decision loss to Andrei Arlovski. In the co-main event, which arguably should be 5 rounds, Hector Lombard returns from his PED suspension to face surging welterweight contender Neil Magny.

There are a couple of late changes to this card which we noted earlier in the day. Ross Pearson is facing Chad Laprise (at 170 lbs) instead of Abel Trujillo, who withdrew because of visa issues. Alan Patrick needs a new opponent with Laprise fighting Pearson, and that hasn’t been announced as of this publish. Additionally, Justin Scoggins is injured and both him and Ben Nguyen are off the card altogether.
