Rizin Highlights: Gabi Garcia scores TKO win in MMA debut

The anticipated MMA debut of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu legend Gabi Garcia took place on the second Rizin Fighting Federation show on Thursday morning and featured some of the most bizarre action in recent MMA history. With Rafael Cordeiro in her corner, Gabi Garcia was dropped early in the fight but still managed to secure a TKO win minutes later.

Rizin FF’s second show features the long-awaited return of former Pride FC heavyweight champion and Russian legend Fedor Emelianenko. The Stary Oskol native will meet 2-0 DEEP champion Jaideep Singh in the main event of the evening. It will mark Fedor’s first fight in nearly four years.
