Who’s up for some early morning UFC? That’s right, the Octagon will be in Seoul, South Korea on Saturday, November 28th for a Fight Pass-exclusive card. The main event was supposed to be Ben Henderson vs. Thiago Alves, but Jorge Masvidal has since replaced the injured Alves opposite the former lightweight champion. Mirko Cro Cop vs. Anthony Hamilton was the original co-main, but Cro Cop failed his drug test and retired. Instead, we have Dong Hyun Kim vs. Dominic Waters, who is Masvidal’s replacement against “Stun Gun.”
Before we get to the fights ahead we have to make sure they’re all on course to make weight. Bloody Elbow will have updates on the UFC Fight Night: Henderson vs. Masvidal weigh-ins, which start at 2 AM ET/11 PM PT on Friday, November 27th. Akiyama stripping down at 2 in the morning? Sounds like my kind of night. *Ahem*, the live video of the weigh-ins can be viewed by pressing the play button at the top of the page.
