Ronda Rousey suffered a devastating head kick KO loss to Holly Holm in the main event of UFC 193. It marked the end of her marketability as “the most dominant athlete in sports”, it shattered her aura of invincibility, and it ended her reign as the UFC women’s bantamweight champion. Holm dominated her throughout the fight and the head kick KO will go down as one of the most iconic finishes in UFC history.
According to MMA Fighting’s Ariel Helwani, Rousey has been transported to a local hospital with a split lip.

Obviously as a result of that, she won’t attend the post-fight press conference. Rousey also didn’t have a post-fight interview with Joe Rogan, instead walking out of the cage following her stunningly lopsided defeat.
