UFC 193 Video: Ronda Rousey moved to tears after receiving very personal gift by fans and Reebok

The UFC has released a 43-minute long documentary leading up to their big UFC 193 main event fight between bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey and former “19-time” boxing world champion Holly Holm, called UFC 193 Embedded.

The video features in-depth interviews as well as training and fight footage from both women, including a very emotional scene in which Rousey unwraps a gift from sponsor Reebok — handwraps, imprinted with personal messages from her fans — that moved the 28-year old to tears.

“Ronda loves all her fans,” coach Edmond Tarverdyan commented the situation. “It touches her heart. And when you see see these tears in Ronda’s eyes, it touches my heart, too.”

This special Embedded episode contains lots of interesting behind-the-scenes footage. For example, you are able to witness more of the relationship between Rousey and Tarverdyan, who has recently been heavily criticized by the UFC champion’s mother.

Usually, the Embedded video-blog series follows main-card fighters around during fight week and consist of multiple short clips, each no longer than 10 minutes. This almost 45-minute long documentary shows the magnitude of this fight and it’s importance for the UFC once again.

Rousey and Holm will square off Saturday, November 15 in front of a record-breaking 70,000-people crowd at Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Australia.
