Friday, November 6, Bloody Elbow presents live fight coverage of Glory 25 Milan. Bloody Elbow will have live fight coverage, including results and discussion, right here.
UPDATE: Glory has announced that the show will air LIVE on ESPN3 this Friday at 4:00 p.m. ET / 1:00 p.m. PT, with a rebroadcast to air later that night at 1:30 a.m. ET / 10:30 p.m. PT on ESPN2.
Good to see the network issues resolved, because this is not a card to miss. Glory 25 is stacked, with a pair of absolutely huge Lightweight fights at the top of the card. In the main event, Glory Lightweight champion Robin van Roosmalen takes on the Muay Thai destroyer Sittichai Sitsongpeenong. Sittichai was last seen in Glory running through the competition at Glory 22 (and he’s 4-0 since, bringing him up to an insane 9-1 in 2015!) and makes a formidable challenger here.
But for fans in Italy (and many others around the world), the real main event is the return of former pound for pound king Giorgio Petrosyan. Petrosyan returns to Glory for the first time in nearly two years as he takes on the rising Josh Jauncey in a great fight.
Also on the card is a good Welterweight tournament highlighted by veteran and former K-1 MAX Grand Prix champion Murthel Groenhart.
Opening the night is the Glory Superfight Series headlined by a Featherweight title clash between champion Gabriel Varga and Serhey Adamchuk, plus an excellent fight pitting Danyo Ilunga against Artem Vakhitov. We will have a separate live stream of the Superfight Series right here at Bloody Elbow – be sure to tune in early for that one.
Join us here at Bloody Elbow for Glory 25 results, discussion, and live fight coverage this Friday, November 7.
