An unexpected visitor stopped in on Cris Cyborg during her dance class on Tuesday – a visitor not particularly interested in dancing.

The former Strikeforce champion and current Invicta FC featherweight queen revealed on her social media accounts that she was randomly drug tested on Tuesday as part of the new system in place by the UFC. She is scheduled to complete on a November Invicta FC fight card at 140 pounds. A successful showing at that weight would bring her one step closer to a highly anticipated showdown with bantamweight champ Ronda Rousey.

“Today in my dance class more surprise the athletic commission,” Cyborg said on Instagram. “After the new rules may have been the first athlete !!! “Equal rights for all athletes” let it go!”

Cyborg was also randomly drug tested twice previously in 2015, including ahead of Invict FC 11 and Invicta FC 13. She has not tested positive for any banned substance since her failed drug test for stanozolol in December, 2011.
