Tomorrow, the newest installment of the The Ultimate Fighter will premier, featuring the opposing coaches Urijah Faber and Conor McGregor. With the latter, lots of trash talking and excitement is guaranteed. But good coaching, not so much according to UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw who helped Faber out leading his team USA.

“He was hardly there. He didn’t really even show up,” Dillashaw told members of the media at UFC 191 about McGregor’s coaching endeavors. “He was there for the weigh-ins and fights, it seems like. He wasn’t there for his team at all.”

Instead, the brash Irishman used his time to market this new TUF season. To do so and tease Faber, he used Dillashaw’s name a lot recently, and called him a “snake” that’s disloyal to his teammate.

“I don’t think there’s a fighter that McGregor doesn’t have beef with these days,” Dillashaw said. “He’s trying to get under Urijah’s skin by saying that I’m a traitor. That’s the one thing he had against Urijah, so he hopped on it a lot. But he’s gonna get laughed at that a little bit. I think he’s more interested in how much money he is making now that he is in getting better in this sport.”

Asked if he would like to shut McGregor up himself, Dillashaw responded, “I would love that fight, that would be amazing. That would be something I’d love to do!”

The Team Alpha Male standout also talked about the Duane Ludwig situation, possibly fighting Dominick Cruz next, moving to another weight class, and a potential rematch against John Dodson. You can watch the video above.
